Concept
Cover of the iJournal
The flowing design elements of the cover allude to the emerging connections and intersections of information between individuals and other disciplines.
The colour scheme is inspired by the colours of the Claude T. Bissell building at the University of Toronto, also home to the iSchool. The building was built in 1971 as part of Robarts Library – an iconic piece of Brutalist architecture in North America.
The font used was Times New Roman. It is a classic font which alludes to iSchool's roots, contrasting with the curving line elements, which allude to the different directions the study of information can take us.

Layout Design
This template design I created in InDesign publishing was used to lay out all the journal articles of this issue. I also developed the HTML version of the journal articles for accessibility. Check the PDF and HTML academic articles I formatted on the iJournal website.
